OUTCOME SATISFACTION
Ongoing survey and data analysis from adolescent and parent Satisfaction
Questionnaires began in 1989. Results confirm a consistent level of consumer
satisfaction and continued reflection of our organizational mission to
innovative quality care. We continue to be unique and leaders in utilizing
a family therapy focus approach in 24-hour adolescent care. Our clients
speak highly of family involvement with adolescents in treatment and the
connectedness they experience at the Institute. It is this process of
family members participating in decisions and the course of treatment
that is the basis of continued success and reflects the philosophy of
the Institute.
