FINANCIAL INFORMATION

Before the initial interview is scheduled, it is required that you contact the Insurance Coordinator for specific details regarding financial responsibilities. Some insurance companies, third party payors and/or managed care companies cover treatment. Our Insurance Coordinator would like to have the opportunity to verify your insurance status prior to the initial interview so that you have a profile of what benefits will be payable. Please bring your insurance information with you to the initial interview. The Institute will assist in obtaining assessment and admission authorization as required for your benefit.
