• Continuity of care is provided by one Primary Therapist throughout all levels of treatment with medical/psychiatric/clinical monitoring, consultation, and supervision.
• Resident Supervisors provide mentorship for adolescents.
• Intervention and treatment is directed at preventing further deterioration and possible critical or long-term hospitalization, i.e. "a career of patienthood" for an adolescent.
• Treatment takes place in the privacy of a pleasant, homelike campus setting.
• The program is cost effective and incorporates our own continuation of services.
• Adolescents and their family members are not fragmented from each other, extended family, school, or community.
• The program includes a multidisciplined professional staff who participate in ongoing professional training and supervision.
• Consumer satisfaction questionnaires and surveys from parents and adolescents are incorporated in Quality Assurance and Program Evaluation efforts and reflect a high level of satisfaction with the treatment processes and outcomes.
