Most insurance companies, third party payers and/or managed care companies cover the costs of treatment. The Institute is contracted for in-network benefits with a variety of Insurance Companies, Managed Care Entities and Behavioral Health Organizations. The Institute is also certified as a Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility for Medicaid inpatient benefits up to the age of 21.
Before the initial interview is scheduled, it is required that you contact the Institute’s Insurance Co-ordinator for specific details regarding financial responsibilities. Our Insurance Coordinator would like to have the opportunity to verify your specific insurance plan status prior to the initial interview so you may have a profile of what benefits will be payable. The Institute will assist in obtaining assessment and admission authorization as required by your specific plan. An individual payment plan regarding deductibles, co-pays and non-insured costs can be discussed at this time. Payment plans are available for self-pay clients.
Please bring your, and/or your adolescent’s, insurance identification card with you to the initial interview.
